Leo is the excellent host and owner of this delightful establishment. We enjoyed the afternoon tea service and were treated to an amazing pairing, as well educating, interesting and inspiring stories. We had a blast! Thank you, Leo!

The experience consisted of a five-course light fare, with each dish flawlessly accompanied by a complementary tea selection. ​The interactive element was a highlight. We were encouraged to actively participate in the tasting, analyzing whether the food flavors contrasted or complemented the accompanying tea. This focus transformed the meal into a thoughtful exploration of taste. The food itself was flavorful and satisfying, yet portioned perfectly to be "light fare," ensuring the emphasis stayed exactly where it should: on the tea. ​The experience was elevated by the owner, Leo. He guided us through the entire pairing process, explaining the nuances of each course and tea with a remarkably calm and knowledgeable presence. His passion for tea is evident and infectious. ​If you are looking for a unique, sophisticated, and quality guided tea experience, Classy Hippie Tea is an absolute must-visit, or if you are simply looking for a new favorite local tea/coffee shop with a relaxing and restorative vibe, then this is the place for you.
