Guide did not show up. Very disappointed. We were extremely fortunate that a tour guide with a different group let us join her. Had people in from out of state and out of country. Cozy meal had sent confirmation, 24 hour reminder and one hour reminder then doesn’t even show up. No call, text or email explaining why not there!
