I thoroughly enjoy Chef Stacy's Cooking class online! I look forward to it! I only wish I lived in California so I could attend her hands-on classes. She not only has us prepare really yummy dishes, she presents them in a way that is easy to follow: slow enough so that we can all follow along, but fast enough to keep it interesting! And she is not only down-to-earth and personable but she is FUN!! Who could ask for more than that?!
