After discovering his passion for cooking as an Italian language instructor at UC Berkeley, Chef Chris went on to be the co-founder of a culinary event business, specializing in regional Italian cooking, and then worked as a chef teaching cooking classes for corporate groups, cultivating a 5-star rating. Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.

Born with a love for tantalizing flavors, Chef Jordan pursued his culinary ambitions as soon as he could, which took him around the world. He wants everyone who savors his cooking to remember it long after they leave the table, and to ensure that happens, he infuses all the knowledge he has gained into every dish. A true culinary virtuosa, Chef Parsati has worked as an instructor teaching private cooking lessons and after-school programs for an international educational platform that teaches kids math, science, and geography through cooking, and also previously worked for Williams Sonoma in a culinary capacity. Chef Parsati loves researching new recipes, experimenting in the kitchen, and hosting small, private, interactive cooking classes for clients.

Chef Pierre was born in France and spent 12 years studying cooking there as well as one year studying in Italy. He has worked with some of the top chefs in the world, including Chef Alain Ducasse. Chef Pierre is an expert with all types of fish and meat, and can also make great sauces and desserts. He has been a chef instructor and executive chef for many years, and has even cooked for four United States presidents. Chef Pierre's style of teaching is from the heart.

Chef Frederico has had a strong passion for cooking since he was a teenager, beginning his culinary career working as a waiter and as a manager in the restaurant business in his home country of Italy. Chef Frederico then came to the U.S. and his culinary career continued to reach new heights. Now, he is sharing his skills, knowledge, and gastronomic prowess in an array of incredible and delicious culinary experiences!

Born and raised in Italy, Chef Luana inherited a culinary passion from her grandmother. She has enjoyed entrepreneurial success at a beachside restaurant in Italy mainly due to her mastery with the pizza oven, as she is one of Italy’s few professional female pizza makers working with a wood burning oven. Chef Luana's old world recipes and techniques find new life in her classes with quality ingredients and genuine flavors.

A Chicago native, Chef Andy has worked in many professional culinary roles from Culinary Director to Food Content and Menu Developer. With years of experience as a culinary instructor for both adults and kids, Chef Andy and his team are well-versed in a wide range of cuisines from sushi to classic European dishes. Whether led by Chef Andy or a Resident Chef, these engaging classes and private dining experiences offer fun, expert guidance and kitchen secrets that will leave you hungry for more.

Chef Washington shares his talents as a trained chef with aspiring cooks of all ages and skill levels. His experience in the culinary industry ranges from roles in hotels and restaurants, as well as years spent in middle school education. After deciding to shift gears and leave the restaurant game, Chef Iain began a successful career as a personal chef in Manhattan Beach for over 15 years while simultaneously catering parties for clients and corporate events. He also became a private celebrity chef, and began providing services and catering on the sets of TV shows and movies. Chef Iain can also be found hosting a variety of fun and exciting culinary experiences!
