In 2001, Chef Landi moved to the U.S. and discovered a newfound passion for teaching. Now, he is both a chef at an Argentinian steakhouse and a lauded culinary instructor.

Chef Fumiko was born in Japan and learned the art of sushi making at Tokyo Sushi Academy. She is also a certified sake sommelier and a graduate of the Sake Service Institute of Japan. With a love of simple dishes crafted with careful attention to detail, Chef Randy happily shares her passion for thoughtful food creation with aspiring cooks who are eager to learn.

Chef Made Master is a renowned sushi chef known for creating stunningly beautiful and flavorful plates of sushi. He has gained experience in a number of sushi restaurants across the country, beginning as a sushi helper and working his way up to his currently coveted role of head sushi chef. His calming, yet energetic demeanor makes him an outstanding host to a number of memorable cooking classes and culinary experiences.

Originally from Argentina, with its own special mix of cultures, Chef Daniel has lived in Los Angeles for the past 35 years where he has been exposed to its rich diversity of cuisines. This wide range of experiences influences and informs his food on a daily basis, enabling him to borrow ingredients and techniques from one another. Chef Daniel aims to teach fundamentals to his students, so they need not rely on recipes.

After attending culinary school at San Diego City College, Chef Stacy decided to start her own business. She has been afforded the opportunity to cook for many diverse clientele and strives for superior, friendly customer service, always with fresh ingredients and delicious food. She is also an experienced Kosher chef, an advocate for clean eating and an educator on how to avoid harmful ingredients.

Chef Mert hails from a family of exceptional cooks who take pride in their Balkan and Mediterranean culinary cultures. He applied his natural talents while working at Michelin-starred Spago Beverly Hills. His experience preparing meals for A-list celebrities and food critics helped expand his enterprise as a private chef. In Chef Mert’s view, cuisine is an artform where passion and soul are as important as flavor and texture.

For Chef Jordan, cooking is truly an art form. He learned how to combine various flavors and aromas in a captivating way from several professional experiences, including at Eleven Madison Park, a three-star Michelin restaurant in New York, and experiencing the Spanish culture that helped him develop his own style of food. Chef Jordan, who has worked as a chef for many years, plans to spend the rest of his life learning new techniques and cooking styles.

A Chicago native, Chef Andy has worked in many professional culinary roles from Culinary Director to Food Content and Menu Developer. With years of experience as a culinary instructor for both adults and kids, Chef Andy and his team are well-versed in a wide range of cuisines from sushi to classic European dishes. Chef Ivan’s zeal for cooking began at a very young age, leading him to attend culinary school at the ripe age of just 14. The Italian chef, who has cooked all over Europe, now lives in New York where he runs a catering company and volunteers teaching children kitchen skills. Chef Ivan focuses on Italian, French and sushi courses, and is excited to educate guests on new techniques.

Over the last 20 years, Chef Mike has acquired a wide range of talents working in recipe development, food styling and instruction at some of the nation's most reputable culinary programs. With a degree in Food and Nutrition as well as Culinary Arts, he is passionate about sharing knowledge of cooking healthfully without sacrificing taste. A world traveler, Chef Mike's range of cuisine knows no bounds and he delights in sharing the stories and technique behind each dish.
