Chef Daniel aims to teach fundamentals to his students, so they need not rely on recipes.

Chef Mert hails from a family of exceptional cooks who take pride in their Balkan and Mediterranean culinary cultures. He applied his natural talents while working at Michelin-starred Spago Beverly Hills. His experience preparing meals for A-list celebrities and food critics helped expand his enterprise as a private chef. In Chef Mert’s view, cuisine is an artform where passion and soul are as important as flavor and texture.

For Chef Jordan, cooking is truly an art form. He learned how to combine various flavors and aromas in a captivating way from several professional experiences, including at Eleven Madison Park, a three-star Michelin restaurant in New York, and experiencing the Spanish culture that helped him develop his own style of food. Chef Jordan, who has worked as a chef for many years, plans to spend the rest of his life learning new techniques and cooking styles.

Over the last 20 years, Chef Mike has acquired a wide range of talents working in recipe development, food styling and instruction at some of the nation's most reputable culinary programs. With a degree in Food and Nutrition as well as Culinary Arts, he is passionate about sharing knowledge of cooking healthfully without sacrificing taste. Chef Dock was just 11 years old when he discovered his passion for the culinary arts. After working as a line cook, he managed a bustling restaurant, where he provided tasteful corporate catering services to high net-worth clients. With deep knowledge about ingredients geared toward a healthy lifestyle and memory enhancement, Chef Dock now owns a private chef and catering company, specializing in a variety of cuisines and simple, nourishing meals.

Chef Ivan’s zeal for cooking began at a very young age, leading him to attend culinary school at the ripe age of just 14. The Italian chef, who has cooked all over Europe, now lives in New York where he runs a catering company and volunteers teaching children kitchen skills.
