Unacceptable. Would be better off picking a different one.

Beautiful Greenwich Village may be explored on a great walking tour. When we walked and ate our way through the village with David as our guide, we really felt like natives. David was also friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. The variety of cuisine was excellent, and the accompanying stories gave the dish much more significance. Thank you David for a wonderful day! it was the high point of our trip to New York.

The tour is made better by the guide, and David was a blast. Between the extremely excellent dishes were the history lessons, which were awesome.

This tour was fantastic. We've taken several tours around the city, and Dave was unquestionably one of the greatest tour guides we've ever had. Although his subject matter expertise was outstanding, his delivery was excellent. This guy is cracking me up. He was humorous, clever, quick, and overall just a really lovely man. Regarding the food, I must mention that it was extremely amazing. Everything was excellent. Everything was true to life. Everything was original and imaginative. We would give this tour 10 stars if there was a 10-star rating system. Dave, many thanks for a great time

Carly is a fantastic tour leader. She is familiar with the neighborhood's history as well as interesting restaurants because she is a native New Yorker. She introduced everyone, something that other guides have not done. She is also easily audible. This tour is a MUST DO!

Our guide for the Greenwich Village Food Tour was Allie. We did not anticipate discovering so much about New York City and the neighborhood! The quantity of food also far beyond our expectations; we were so full we didn't even have room for dinner! Additionally, the meal selection was excellent. Allie was smart, obliging, and enjoyable.

This tour was fantastic. Despite my many trips to New York City, I had never visited The Village. David was a very knowledgeable tour leader. He kept it lighthearted while giving you food and pointing out many other aspects as he led you through the area. I would have registered for their other tours if I had more time! Take the tour. You won't feel hungry or let down.

I'm so happy we did it! Without such a humorous and educated guide as David, I doubt the event would have been half as good. He truly improved the tour! The food was also excellent. However, David's historical lesson and comic show were the real highlights.

Gave us the wrong meetup location and/or the wrong meetup time. We were told to meet at 12pm, and when support got back to us at 12:15pm they said the tour had already started and they were over 30 minutes walking distance from us. We then thought it would be a lost cause to try and catch up so we sent screenshots to their customer support and then decided to call their customer support line who said they would confirm with the tour guide before being able to give us a refund. It has been days and we have still not heard back from them. We have emailed and called and the number has gone dead on us and they have not responded to our emails. We have started to take other measures at this time.
