Weekend Food Tour - Culinary Excursion in East Nashville in Nashville

This was the ideal way to experience Nashville. The history of Music City and the 12 South neighborhoods in particular fascinated me. Shawn was an excellent storyteller while curating a beautiful dining experience. I've taken several cuisine excursions with other companies, and this was by far the best. My first overseas culinary tour with Secret Food Tours was immediately scheduled for October when I arrived home!:)

If you're in Nashville, I highly recommend giving this a priority. The host and cuisine were outstanding! Come hungry because you'll be quite stuffed by the end! Casey had excellent recommendations and was highly knowledgeable about Nashville's past. She did fantastically and was quite amiable!

The work Mike did was superb! The cuisine was top notch. We also had a great time studying the region's history. If you have dinner reservations, reschedule them for a different day since Mike will not let you leave the restaurant without eating. You probably won't eat again for the rest of the day because you'll be so full. Without a doubt, we'll repeat this tour! Thank you, Mike!

I adored this food and walking trip. Casey had fascinating anecdotes to accompany each trip that we made. You leave stuffed and the food was fantastic. Make sure you sign up for a tour with Casey since she is SO incredibly accommodating and a joy to spend time with on a tour. Thank you, Casey. Would strongly advise everyone to do this tour.

Casey was excellent and really knowledgeable. With traditional regional dishes at each location, we made a precise round of east Nashville. Although the neighborhood isn't particularly fascinating, there was some history mixed in with the delicious meals. We did things because we visited places and sampled foods we otherwise would not have. There was no need to purchase the beverage package because we could order beverages wherever we went. Starting at 11 am, having an adult beverage at each of the four locations was a bit much. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would suggest to everyone who visits.

What fun this was! Joshua was the ideal tour guide. He was laid back but nevertheless entertaining and vivacious. He promoted interaction among the other participants in the tour. Plus meeting new folks from different places was a blast. Never be reluctant to start up a conversation. Joshua told us stories along the journey and provided us with background information on all the incredible meals we consumed. The meals were really good! The amount of food seems excessive, but since you have to travel a few blocks between each location, you have time for part of it to sit. Don't get me wrong; you won't need much before because you'll be full. In Nashville or one of your other cities, we would most definitely do another food tour!

On a weekend trip in May, I went on this tour with some pals. A culinary tour is usually my favorite way to see a new city, and this one did not dissapoint!  Joshua was the finest; it truly felt like we were being shown around by a buddy. He made the tour quite enjoyable and was very informed. Even after the tour, he was gracious enough to allow us to text and ask for any advice about the area. He suggested we go to this place known for brunch, and it was amazing!

Don't miss this adventure if you're in Nashville! Casey was well-informed and recommended excellent locations to taste the greatest food in Nashville! Compared to trying to choose restaurants on our own, it made our trip so much better!

I have so much wonderful things to say! Our tour guide was excellent, she had clearly spent a lot of time planning and was clearly eager for everyone to participate and enjoy themselves. We adore Josh. He was great! Also excellent was the cuisine. A nice selection of large meals. We came starving and departed incredibly stuffed! An excellent way to learn about Nashville. Everyone should take the tour, especially if you can schedule it with Josh, and we urge you to do so. At every stop, I still had enough of delicious meals that had been planned in advance without any problems. So satisfied.

We wanted to see more of Nashville as it was our first visit there, even though we did plenty of bar-hopping on Broadway. On this tour, we had a great time. Many interesting and entertaining information about the city were presented by Josh. Every place we visited gave us the VIP treatment. Because we were having so much fun, we urged that our friends take this tour the next day, and they too really enjoyed it. I urge everyone to do this tour. Wear comfortable walking shoes, upgrade to the drinks package, and prepare to have a great time.
