After deciding to shift gears and leave the restaurant game, Chef Iain began a successful career as a personal chef in Manhattan Beach for over 15 years while simultaneously catering parties for clients and corporate events. He also became a private celebrity chef, and began providing services and catering on the sets of TV shows and movies. Chef Iain can also be found hosting a variety of fun and exciting culinary experiences!

Chef Linda brings a long and varied list of experiences to the table, from teaching to penning a book on food history. She has extensive experience in cooking instruction with adults and children, and enjoys showing others how to recreate traditional dishes for those with food allergies or special diets. Chef Linda brings great flavors, accessible techniques and interesting stories together for delightful culinary experiences.

With a solid background in the culinary industry, Chef Li's cooking expertise has taken her around the world. While previously living in Singapore, Chef Li led private and corporate events as a culinary instructor. Now, back in the U.S., she looks forward to sharing her authentic, international cooking styles and techniques. Chef Li prides herself on her ability to make Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine simple and fun to cook!

Being proud of her strong Indonesian heritage is a big part of who Chef Titik is. The chef's hope is to impart a passion for food on others so they can learn more about cooking and enjoy meals that always taste incredible, from Indonesian fare to Italian and Indian. Chef Titik's culinary background is peppered with achievements, including graduating with honors from the Art Institute of California with degrees in culinary art, and baking and pastry art.

With over 20 years of culinary experience gained in various cities and restaurants across the country, Chef Cregg has now found his niche as a food stylist and chef instructor. His blend of geographical cooking styles span the global epicurean gamut. From contemporary Californian to fusion BBQ to classic Caribbean and more, Chef Cregg's modern techniques and use of simple, seasonal ingredients are sure to impress.

The cuisine of Tuscany has its roots deep in the countryside where the ingredients are plentiful and are brought to market fresh daily. The recipes are simple and have survived the test of time. We put our history of beautiful skin, creative minds and wellness on the table, and this history is still alive today! I was trained by my grandmothers in Tuscany, and I can teach you to quickly prepare fresh, quality meals that are delicious and nutritious.

Chef Landi began his foray into the restaurant industry over 20 years ago as a server in Italy, and quickly found himself working in the kitchen, learning the skills and techniques that have been foundational to his now successful culinary career. In 2001, Chef Landi moved to the U.S. and discovered a newfound passion for teaching. Now, he is both a chef at an Argentinian steakhouse and a lauded culinary instructor.

Chef Lisa has had a long standing appreciation for food, cooking, and nutrition. This passion led her to study Human Foods and Nutrition in college. She was given the opportunity to further her career by working as an executive pastry chef for resorts and hotels, as an healthy eating specialist for Whole Foods Market, and now has her own culinary business, where she helps others explore food, and ultimately, better their lives.

Chef Randy's culinary talent has kept gourmet diners in Indianapolis delighted for over 10 years. She combines her Amish heritage with a background in fine dining to bring an elegant touch to Midwestern comfort food, her signature cuisine. With a love of simple dishes crafted with careful attention to detail, Chef Randy happily shares her passion for thoughtful food creation with aspiring cooks who are eager to learn.

Born in Rabat and raised in Casablanca, I was surrounded by beautiful smells and great food. Everyday was a celebration of flavors in my house. My mother and grandmothers were amazing cooks and inspired me to learn and develop a love for cooking and hosting. Since moving to America, I have been apart of “Beau Monde” in Philadelphia to “La Creperie” in Chicago. I have started my own business of creating beautiful, healthy Moroccan food with a California twist. I hope to share it with you!

Born and raised in Italy, Chef Luana inherited a culinary passion from her grandmother. She has enjoyed entrepreneurial success at a beachside restaurant in Italy mainly due to her mastery with the pizza oven, as she is one of Italy’s few professional female pizza makers working with a wood burning oven. Chef Luana's old world recipes and techniques find new life in her classes with quality ingredients and genuine flavors.

Latin American cuisine is what Chef Gustavo is all about. As the owner and executive chef of Rumba Café in Adams Morgan for 20 years, he understands this cuisine more than anything else. He draws his inspiration from his own travels through Latin America, the Caribbean, France, Spain and more. He studied at L’ Academie de Cuisine and is knowledgeable in French cuisine as well. He is available to teach classes in both English and Spanish.
