Chef Stephanie’s Pâte à Choux class was such a treat (pun intended)! She made everything super detailed and hands-on, and patiently guided me through the steps. I walked out not only more confident but also excited to keep practicing (and eating) my choux creations.

Chef Stephanie made this an amazing experience. My family had a great time, and she gave us lots of tips and tricks. I can’t wait to try it on my own at home.
