In this hands-on class with Chef Joe, you'll learn the secrets to preparing and hosting a fabulous brunch while also learning time-saving tips and stress-free ways to master the classic brunch menu so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoy good food and good company.

Dishes you can look forward to preparing on Chef Joe's brunch menu include sweet crepes filled with chocolate-hazelnut sauce followed by salmon cakes eggs benedict with buttermilk biscuits, a silky hollandaise sauce and perfectly poached eggs all made from scratch.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I have taken a macaron and a knife skills class from Chef Joe, and I learned so much at both! Joe is a great teacher--he balances humor with knowledge, skill, and experience. I use what Joe taught us every day as I cook for my family. On top of his classes, I've tried many of Joe's products and food and I have never once been disappointed. I'm looking forward to the next time I am able to take a class from Chef Joe!

Joe is personable and knowledgeable. He uses humor while teaching, which adds extra fun to his class. Joe is a patient teacher. I’ve successfully practiced his cooking/baking techniques at home. I’ll definitely attend another class with Joe the Baker!!!

Chef Joe is a former U.S. Army soldier from Montana who went on to graduate from L’Academie de Cuisine culinary school. Throughout his culinary career, Chef Joe has worked as a Le Cordon Bleu instructor as well as in the kitchens of prestigious hotels and restaurants around the world. He has even made appearances on the Food Network! He now owns his own business handcrafting pastries, catering, and teaching baking classes.
