Team Building - Sharpening Sushi Skills

Learn the skills necessary to create perfect sushi and other Japanese delicacies as a team.

In this hands-on team building class with Chef Aaron, you and your team will work together to create an incredible four-course Japanese menu from miso to maki to matcha.

Chef Aaron will begin by demystifying some of the Japanese skills and techniques necessary to bring your Japanese feast to life. Then, you will work together as a team to brew a traditional miso soup as well as handcraft two different sushi rolls from scratch. Lastly, you and your team will bake up a batch of unexpectedly polarizing matcha cupcakes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
