In this hands-on class, you will work under the instruction of Chef Mel to create three authentic vegetarian Indian dishes with a healthy twist.
Chef Mel shows you how to mimic the rich consistency of these Indian classics, while cutting out unnecessary calories by substituting coconut milk for the traditionally used heavy cream. You will also make your own masala sauce from scratch, and have fun putting together your own samosas with a cashew-coconut filling and a mint chutney that you'll be using on a daily basis at home!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
