In this hands-on class, Chef Mel shows you how good raw food can be with an innovative four-course menu. Although not entirely raw, this class gives you a chance to try your hand at new techniques and completely raw recipes.
You'll learn how to make use of a wide variety of vegetables for a rainbow root salad and how to use a food processor to make your own burgers. You'll also create your own sauces and dips, and discover how to make divine desserts without all the sugar and butter!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
