Cooking Class - Seafood Paella Workshop

Learn how to cook some of the iconic dishes in Spain in this incredible Spanish workshop.

Chef Aaron knows that anytime is the perfect time for seafood paella. In this hands-on cooking class, he will walk you step by step through the essentials of a paella-centric Spanish feast — from tapas to postre.

The savory, saffron-laden seafood paella will no doubt be the star of the show, but not without heavy competition from an impressive round of tapas, an idyllic and authentic Spanish salad, and a quivering crème pudding with a waterfall of velvety caramel and vanilla bean-infused custard to sweeten each and every divine bite.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We booked the Paella class for a company event and it was awesome! Chef Aaron is a great host and a great instructor! We love learning about the dish and all the different ingredients and the final product was delicious. 10/10 would book again

We had a great cooking experience with Chef Aaron. In addition to teaching us how to prepare and cook delicious paella and a tasty honey mustard balsamic salad dressing, we were introduced to his chickens and had a chance to tour his garden, where he picked fresh vegetables and herbs for our class. Chef Aaron is delightful, with a good sense of humor and a passion for cooking. Since Halloween is next week, we were also treated to pumpkin macarons prepared by Chef Aaron that were scrumptious. Thanks for the extremely enjoyable, instructive, and delicious experience.
