Ellie and her food are fabulous! She prepared three Filipino dishes, each one unique from the next, and I enjoyed every single bite. If you like Asian flavors with Spanish influences, you need Filipino food in your life! I highly recommend.
Chef Ellie comes from a long lineage of farmers and culinarians, but initially studied neuroscience before heeding to her culinary passions. Chef Ellie is known for stunning presentations of Filipino-American cuisine, which has earned her praise in Boston Magazine and Boston Globe, and the title of semifinalist in the Eater Young Guns competition. She is also known for engaging in several food projects, including a dynamic dining experience that brings together chefs, artists, and guests alike.
