Chef Kate combines her Italian heritage with her degree in nutrition to teach you how to make modifications for dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor in this hands-on Italian cooking class. Each and every item on Chef Kate's menu can be altered to accommodate any allergies, such as gluten free or lactose free.
You will learn how to use turkey to create a leaner meatball that might even be more tasty than the original. Fat-free cottage cheese lightens eggplant rollatini, whole grain farro makes it's debut in risotto, and Greek yogurt anchors a refreshing dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
