Chef Jenny helps you work your way through a menu of five traditional tapas dishes to be prepared and served up among good company to bring out the best in any tapas night.
Be lured by serrano-wrapped roasted potatoes with lemon anchovy aioli. Next is chorizo pizza with fresh herbs, mozzarella, and manchego, and a traditional tuna potato tapa salad. While oranges are juicy and in season, utilize their goodness in a refreshing orange and fennel salad. Lastly, a fun little tapa of comte grilled cheeses ends the class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
