Join Chef Jenny for a night of traditional Spanish tapas in this hands-on class.
Chef Jenny helps you work your way through a menu of five traditional tapas dishes to be prepared and served up among good company to bring out the best in any tapas night.
Be lured by serrano-wrapped roasted potatoes with lemon anchovy aioli. Next is chorizo pizza with fresh herbs, mozzarella, and manchego, and a traditional tuna potato tapa salad. While oranges are juicy and in season, utilize their goodness in a refreshing orange and fennel salad. Lastly, a fun little tapa of comte grilled cheeses ends the class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What can I say besides THIS WAS THE BEST BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE. Ever. There’s just too much to say about this night. Chef was BEYOND amazing. Seriously. The night couldn’t have gone better. We have recommended countless friends and family members to chef Jenny. Chef Jenny is awesome! We had a wonderful time and learned how to make pizza dough along with several tapas. We all ate together at the end and enjoyed chatting about food and recipes. Looking forward to our next class with her.

Chef Jenny is an excellent teacher. She gave us many tips to improve our cooking style. My favorite was learning about pizza crust and how to get the perfect crisp on the bottom and substantial enough to hold the toppings. It was fun as well as informative! A great evening.
Meet your chef
Growing up overseas fed Chef Jenny’s love of food, which led her to a successful career beginning at the Culinary Institute of America. She is a seasoned instructor with teaching experience at Le Cordon Bleu as well as experience as pastry chef, sauce maker, corporate chef, and an apprentice to a certified master chef. Her warm and cheery demeanor shines when she brings people together to enjoy good food in her hands-on classes.
