In this hands-on class, Chef Jeffery takes you through a three-course menu of classic Italian cuisine, adding his own modern twists that will broaden your future ingredient selections and help you gain the confidence to venture into new cooking techniques.
Salami canapés and fava beans set the stage for learning how to make pasta from scratch using simple preparation techniques. Then, transform your homemade pasta into an exquisite plate of deconstructed ravioli. The final course will be a traditional veal saltimbocca with a modern twist of true muenster cheese.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
