Chef Jeff passes on his sushi wisdom in this fundamental sushi-making class. You will learn the technique for rolling sushi as well as how to select and carve up the best seafood for your rolls.
One of the most important parts of sushi technique is cooking and cleaning the rice that bundles up a superb sushi roll. Chef Jeff instructs with a method that has been used for many centuries. After the class, you will be able to confidently recreate sushi rolls at home whenever the craving comes calling.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
