Chef Jeff is well versed in the art of pasta making and will take you from the basics to beyond in this comprehensive pasta-making class.
In this class you will learn how to make two basic types pasta dough—one batch with semolina and the other with regular flour—so you can feel and taste the difference. Learn how to roll out the pasta, cut it into noodles and how to make raviolis. You will also learn how to make two sauces, which are the bases for countless other versions.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
