Cooking Class - Knife Skills and Mise en Place
Can't get through a recipe without exhausting yourself? Want to have a more organized way of cooking? In this class, Chef Sara teaches knife skills and mise en place to ensure you never have to take shortcuts by learning the ins and outs of recipe methodology and stellar knife skills.
Chef Sara will show you how to navigate a recipe with the fluidity of a Michelin star chef. Then, utilize your newfound skills to complete a variety of classic, ingredient-laden recipes that you can store in your arsenal.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
