Get hands-on with bread baking in this cooking class in Boca Raton. Chef Monique or a resident chef will guide you through making white bread and cinnamon raisin bread, from mixing and kneading the dough to proofing and baking. Learn how to recognize properly developed dough, manage rising times and determine when your loaves are ready to come out of the oven. You’ll also prepare cocoa nib cashew almond nut butter, blood orange marmalade and honey butter to serve alongside your freshly baked bread. Roll up your sleeves, practice essential baking techniques and book this cooking class in Boca Raton today!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The class was a lot of fun and easy going. I do wish the Chef had demonstrated what to do a little more from her station at the front of the kitchen. Instead she often opted to demonstrate at one of the student tables, and it was pretty hard to see what she was demonstrating. That being said, I would fully recommend this class to anyone no matter your cooking experience. So much fun!

chef ron was very good. his 25 years of culinary experience made him totally qualified to instruct us. i learned a lot, enjoyed the session and the food came out great too. i also shopped in the store and got a 10% discount on the items.

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

To begin with there wasn’t any chef Monique there. Very disappoint, It was 3 people with one dough at the table, when my husband and l had paid for 2 classes or what ever they call it ( experience)but there was another person at our table that we had to included, so the experience wasn’t really any experience l would recommend to anyone or l would go back. The person who was leading the class/ experience tried her best. I don’t recommend this place.

Donuts were small but good. One chef was prepping for another class during our class which was a little distracting. A lot of the prep work was done which is understandable but a little upsetting.
