This hands-on class will be focused on teaching the fundamental skills required to make an enticing and varied assortment of authentic Chinese recipes, including traditional pot stickers with tangy ponzu sauce, fried rice with your choice of protein, and perfectly steamed broccoli.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
