This hands-on class will be focused on teaching the fundamental skills required to make an enticing and varied assortment of authentic Chinese recipes, including traditional pot stickers with tangy ponzu sauce, fried rice with your choice of protein, and perfectly steamed broccoli.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Andy was excellent! This was our first private cooking class, and my husband and I enjoyed it. Chef Andy was very knowledgeable and highly skilled. He taught us basics and advanced cooking skills, we had fun and the Chinese food was delicious. We were able to repeat the recipes later that week and the food was very good. Chef Andy had the kindest and most helpful assistant too.

Very fun class. Anybody intimidated by trying to cook Chinese food at home should try this class. It's surprisingly simple but delicious and Chef Andy makes it a lot of fun to learn. It was a great date night for my partner and I! Highly recommend as the winter nights are cold and it's the perfect thing to do to get out of the house and still enjoy a home cooked meal.
