Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

A culinary school graduate, he has developed a versatile approach shaped by a variety of kitchen environments, including preparing whole-food, plant-based cuisine for private clients and serving as a sous chef. Passionate about sharing his skills with others, Chef Cameron brings an approachable style to the kitchen, helping guests explore new techniques and build confidence while enjoying the experience of cooking together.

My daughter registered me for the Savory Breads from Around the World class for my birthday. I am so glad she did! Chef Cameron was very encouraging and answered all of our questions. He explained the science behind bread, showed us different techniques, and made sure we didn't burn the building down! All of the breads and the dukkah we made turned out beautiful and delicious. If you haven't had the pleasure of dipping your bread in olive oil then in dukkah, you are missing out! Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to signing up for my next class.
