Turn pizza night into a festive family activity in this hands-on cooking class in Canton (Darien). You’ll make homemade pizza dough before transforming it into snowman white pizzas and a pesto pull-apart tree served with marinara sauce. Cinnamon twists add something sweet to the holiday menu. Chef Rebecca or a resident chef will guide the family through mixing, shaping and baking dough while sharing practical pizza-making techniques. Overall very informative. Adult only class would be a nice option.. Chef had amazing experience, very informative and knowledgeable. Should have a 5 min late policy. Late guests distracting. Would have liked a little quicker pace. Overall Very great seat up. Definitely an experience.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.

The class was easy to follow, and I feel the recipes will be easy to replicate at home. This class should be 3 hrs long, not 2. The dough didn't have enough time to rise and didn't have enough time to bake. My focaccia bread wound up burning because the instructor was moving on with the class and the bread didn't get out of the oven fast enough.
