Experience Italy through signature dishes that allow you to fully explore the wealth of flavors that contribute to the enormous popularity of this particular fare. As you prepare each dish you will have time to savor the fruits of your labor among other food lovers and take your newly-learned recipes back home with you to treat family and friends to authentic Italian cooking whenever you wish.
The class begins by creating a scrumptious bruschetta pomodoro followed by a refreshing Caesar salad with dressing made from scratch along with delightfully-crispy croutons. Your experience concludes with mouthwatering chicken parmesan with luscious fettuccine and red sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had a fantastic time at Chef Corey's--I enjoyed every bite of his food. His Parmesan Chicken with Fettuccine and homemade Pomodoro salsa was one of the best I ever tried, the parmesan brought the savory while the homemade Pomodoro was the sweet part that combined with a fresh oregano gave that exquisite Mediterranean flavor. The chicken was juicy, flavorful and crunchy. Chef Corey has a beautiful place with a nice atmosphere. He was very organized, had fresh ingredients and everything ready. He was a good teacher, explaining all the steps and techniques. Definitely, I will take more cooking classes with chef Corey.

An expert butcher with years of experience in some of Florida's prime steakhouses, Chef Corey has ventured out with his own catering business. He aims to impress diners with artistic presentations of quality sourced ingredients, and is ready to share his knowledge with Cozymeal guests.
