Discover the techniques behind a selection of comforting autumn bakes in this hands-on cooking class. You’ll start by preparing tart dough and a smooth chocolate ganache before turning to a fall-inspired version of a classic upside-down cake. Next, learn how to make flaky savory scones by properly cutting butter into flour and handling the dough with care. Throughout the class, you’ll gain practical baking knowledge while working with a variety of textures and methods. Leave with new skills and plenty of inspiration for your own seasonal baking projects.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
