What You'll Do

Create a balanced autumn spread in this hands-on cooking class in Wichita.

Cook a harvest-inspired meal from start to finish in this interactive cooking class in Wichita. With guidance from Chef Erin or a resident chef, you’ll make beer and maple glazed pork chops, layer cauliflower into a three-cheese gratin and prepare kale salad with balsamic-honey vinaigrette. You’ll finish by baking a persimmon orange upside-down cake. Along the way, you’ll practice glazing, seasoning and coordinating several dishes at once. This cooking class in Wichita brings sweet, savory and tangy fall flavors together in a menu made for cooler weather.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
