With guidance from Chef Neisha or a resident chef, you’ll turn it into creamy caramel swirl ice cream, an airy soufflé with honey cream, baked maple donuts with brown butter glaze and warmly spiced snickerdoodles. You’ll round things out with a pumpkin spice latte topped with vanilla cold foam while practicing several pastry and dessert-making techniques. You’ll also take home a Mason Cash Pumpkin Bowl included with the class. This cooking class in Wichita celebrates the season with a variety of sweet pumpkin creations.
