With guidance from Chef Erin or a resident chef, you’ll turn it into creamy caramel swirl ice cream, an airy soufflé with honey cream, baked maple donuts with brown butter glaze and warmly spiced snickerdoodles. You’ll round things out with a pumpkin spice latte topped with vanilla cold foam while practicing several pastry and dessert-making techniques.
