We cooked a Japanese dinner. Caleb gave a lot of great advice. Everything turned out delicious.

This dim sum class was fast paced but fun! You definitely had to pay close attention! Chef Deb was very knowledgeable however was stretched thin with 16 people in the class to help at once. Food was delicious- this was my 3rd cozy meal class and I’d be happy to try another again!

The chef was excellent and the food was delicious, I just have a few notes of improvement for the overall experience. It would make the class a bit more fun to have had music softly in the background that matches the ethnicity of the food we are cooking. Otherwise, the ambience feels a bit sterile. Also, we didn't eat until 8:30/8:40p. It would have been nice during the 10 minute break earlier in the experience to snack on or eat the first dish we cooked just to hold us over until dinner and to eat it before it gets cold. Lastly, when it came time to eat, there were no chairs to sit on so we ate standing up over the table. After standing for 1.5 hours cooking, it would have been nice to have more time to eat and to be able to sit down.
