The menu opens with grilled prawns and homemade lemon aioli before moving to the main event – a perfectly seared New York strip. A vibrant gremolata and grilled zucchini rounds out the savory courses, while grilled peaches with cream and cookie crackers prove that the grill belongs in dessert too. Book your spot today.

This was a blast! We had so much fun learning and laughing with Chef Aaron - I had never made pasta and it actually turned out! He gave us lots of tips and tricks and the recipes he shared with us were so good. He shared stories of making pasta with his grandmother and I can’t wait to share what I learned with my granddaughter! We would definitely take a class with him again.

We had the most fantastic time at the pasta quartet. The pasta varieties were perfect. This experience exceeded our expectations! Chef Aaron was knowledgable, fun, engaging, and the food was outstanding. The other people in our class were really fun too, which was an unexpected surprise.
