What You'll Do

Make fresh pasta and a delicious shrimp primavera sauce from scratch in this cooking class.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Maricarmen will walk you through the full process of making fresh pasta from scratch, from mixing and rolling the dough to cutting it into the perfect shape. You’ll also sharpen your knife skills as you chop crisp red onions and bell peppers, then combine them with tomato sauce and spiced crushed red pepper to build a flavorful primavera sauce. Finish the dish with plump shrimp for a fresh seafood twist.
