With Chef Peter or a resident chef guiding you along, you'll mix up fresh pasta dough, shape farfalle by hand and toss it with roasted sweet corn, bacon and a swirl of crème fraîche. You'll also cook linguine with shrimp, cherry tomatoes and basil and put together a nectarine salad with a bright white balsamic vinaigrette. Along the way, you'll pick up real pasta-making skills and a feel for seasonal cooking. This cooking class in Madison is a great way to build pasta confidence from scratch.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
