Cook a cozy French bistro dinner in this interactive cooking class in Santa Rosa. With guidance from Chef Tina or a resident chef, you’ll prepare chicken paillard with lemon caper sauce, make pommes Lyonnaise and toss a French bistro salad with Dijon vinaigrette. You’ll finish by making crème brûlée while learning useful techniques for classic French cooking. This cooking class in Santa Rosa is a great way to turn date night into a fun, hands-on kitchen experience.

Hi - we have done cozy meal in the past. This time. we did not have chef Tina and it was not in her home as advertised. Our chef was great as was the menu, but our time was far too rushed for what we were cooking - both for him and for us. This was an expensive outing and an additional hour in the kitchen would have made the experience more enjoyable for all.

My husband and I had a wonderful time making pasta carbonara and chicken piccata with Chef Julie and her assistant Emily. I am sure we will schedule another class soon, we both really enjoyed it, learned a lot and had a great meal with leftovers to bring home.

What a great time. The chef was wonderful at realizing strengths and weaknesses of each person. I do not cook much and this was for my husband so I did a lot of stirring and mixing and he got to cut and cook. I loved that! Even if you don’t like to cook like me she made it enjoyable!

Chef Julie is a down to earth Chef that explains every step thoroughly as well as supervises every table's progress. Our menu was Thai and she gave us ingredient overviews as well as sources for buying some of the unusual items. Excellent, patient instructor!

I brought my staff team for a team-bonding event and we all had a great time. Everything was really organized and we each were given a chance to cook a different dish. I would say we didn't really learn a lot of cooking because it was moving fast and the chefs finished off most dishes without us. The only real problem is that we had to kind of speed eat while standing up and there was nowhere we could sit and eat and enjoy the food. But all the dishes were tasty and good and the instructor was engaging and friendly. I would consider it again!

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta myself! Great class over all would definitely take again!

Disappointing. Not participatory. A lot of standing around, watching, not doing. No control over class. Nowhere near as good as paella class I took. I actually left.

We were very excited to learn how to make ramen from scratch last week. However sadly we were very disappointed. The menu stated we would learn how to make ramen noodles, the pork belly, pickled mushrooms, the perfect ramen egg, edamame with chilli salt and a Japanese mint soda. However the only thing we physically did ourselves was make the noodles - which was a cool experience for sure, but then everything else was prepared for us and we were just given everything as a finished product! And we didn’t get to make the mint soda at all. The whole class was highly unorganised and it felt like we just spent $90 for a recipe that we didn’t fully learn from in the first place
