Chef Nadia and her team are quite an asset to your business!! If there was something Nadia wasn't sure about, she took the time to read the recipe to find the right way to do it. And her team was always ready with utensils and clean dishes to use and to clear the dishes used dishes out of the way... like a fine tuned engine. The food was Delicious!! Two thumbs up!

Thai! It is quite easy to make all 3 dishes and they were delicious! I will absolutely take another class here along with recommend the Asian cuisine themed classes. Fun date day!

We cooked Chicken and Chorizo Paella with Chef Tanya. She was great! Personable and very helpful with tips and tricks we can take home throughout the experience. Very professional and well done. Since we aren't able to take the food home, it'd be nice if we cut the recipes in half or something so we don't waste the food.
