Looking for a fun and skill-building night out? This engaging cooking class in Newport Beach brings a full seaside-inspired menu to life. Guided by Chef Angel or a resident chef, you'll make a Connecticut-style lobster roll with homemade brioche, prepare a light butter lettuce salad and cook crispy smashed potatoes with sea salt and vinegar. You'll end the meal with a crustless blueberry pie and a raspberry lime rickey. Throughout the class, you'll gain hands-on experience with seafood, baking and classic coastal techniques.
