Cooking Class - Rustic Italian Summer Pasta

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 3-course meal.
Create light and fresh Italian meals in this hands-on cooking class.
Build confidence with pasta-making techniques in this interactive cooking class in Dallas. With guidance from Chef Kate or a resident chef, you’ll make fresh pasta dough and turn it into two dishes, hand-cut pasta with asparagus and truffle oil and orecchiette with sweet corn and basil. End the menu with berries and honey Prosecco zabaglione. This cooking class in Dallas focuses on dough handling, timing and pairing sauces with the right pasta shapes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meet your chef
Chef Kate has been surrounded by the food industry since childhood. Her dream of becoming a chef led her to a 30-year career working as an Executive Chef for some of the largest corporations in the world. Her travels took her to the East Coast while she helped open a variety of restaurants and cafes. Now settled in Dallas, Chef Kate loves spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors with her granddaughters.
