Learn how to bring a summer pasta meal together smoothly.

Cook a coastal Italian menu in this hands-on cooking class in Cincinnati. You’ll mix and roll fresh pasta dough, cut linguine by hand and pair it with clams in a white wine sauce. Along the way, you’ll prepare marinated prosciutto wrapped melon for a bright starter and bake a rustic fig and raspberry crostata for dessert. Chef Kate or a resident chef will guide you through pasta making, sauce reduction and pastry techniques. This cooking class in Cincinnati is perfect for anyone who wants practical experience cooking Italian dishes from scratch.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Kate brings a sense of artistry to her culinary endeavors. She was a Corporate Training Chef before trying her hand at catering and concessions. Having worked in eateries ranging from food trucks to large-scale food production lines, she finally indulged her passion for teaching others. Had a great time with my daughter as we learned how to make pasta. We made Ravioli Deuphine with truffle butter, Pappardelle with Bolognese along with a Blood orange hazelnut fennel salad. Everything turned out perfect as the instructor and assistant gave great directions. Look forward to our next class!
