This culinary class will teach teammates to master gourmet European recipes.

Chef Joseph instructs teams in making four courses of upscale European recipes. This class will teach guests eclectic continental recipes and culinary techniques with vegetarian options for every meal.

Learn how to make elegant zucchini rolls with roasted mushrooms and red pepper coulis, and Pike Place pasta with Uli's sausage, tomato and rosemary. Guests will work together to create a vegetable paella with pan-seared chicken, along with wine-poached stone fruit and coconut strawberry ice cream with a Kahlua reduction for dessert.
