Learn how to make pasta from scratch and a delicious Alfredo sauce.

Create silky gluten-free fettuccine completely from scratch in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Maribeth. You’ll combine brown rice flour and tapioca starch with carefully selected binders to achieve a tender dough with the satisfying texture of traditional pasta.

After kneading and resting the dough, you’ll roll it thin and cut it into elegant ribbons that hold their shape beautifully. To finish, toss your fresh pasta in a timeless Alfredo sauce made with butter, Parmigiano-Reggiano, cracked black pepper and pasta water for a smooth, glossy coating. Book your seat today!
