Cooking Class - Hands-On Seafood Skills

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 4-course meal.
Cook traditional seafood dishes with expert guidance.
Cook a full seafood-focused menu in this hands-on cooking class in Canton (Darien). Learn how to achieve crispy skin salmon with lemon and dill butter, steam mussels marinières and perfectly poach shrimp. You’ll also watch a fish butchery demonstration with tasting and prepare a mixed green salad with goat cheese and olive vinaigrette. Chef Brian or a resident chef will guide you through proper heat control and timing. This cooking class in Canton (Darien) is ideal for anyone who wants to feel more confident cooking fish and shellfish.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
