What You’ll Do

Cook traditional seafood dishes with expert guidance.

Cook a full seafood-focused menu in this hands-on cooking class in Canton (Darien). Learn how to achieve crispy skin salmon with lemon and dill butter, steam mussels marinières and perfectly poach shrimp. You’ll also watch a fish butchery demonstration with tasting and prepare a mixed green salad with goat cheese and olive vinaigrette. Chef Brian or a resident chef will guide you through proper heat control and timing. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
