Cooking Class - Vibrant Korean BBQ Favorites

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 4-course meal.
Develop practical Korean cooking skills from scratch.
Cook a full Korean BBQ-style meal in this interactive cooking class in Canton (Darien). With guidance from Chef Brian or a resident chef, you’ll grill bulgogi beef, assemble lettuce wraps and prepare traditional side dishes including cucumber salad, quick kimchi and japchae. You’ll also make steamed egg and rice. This cooking class in Canton (Darien) focuses on flavor layering, timing and understanding the role of banchan in Korean cuisine.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
