Prepare flavorful Mexican favorites in this Cinco de Mayo cooking class.
Bring Cinco de Mayo flavors to life in this interactive cooking class in Las Vegas. With guidance from Chef Brennan or a resident chef, you’ll grill carne asada, blacken fish for tacos and press fresh corn tortillas. You’ll also prepare Mexican street corn and churn tequila lime sorbet for dessert. This cooking class in Las Vegas focuses on heat control, balancing spices and building authentic taco combinations from scratch.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

With two decades of experience in professional kitchens, he brings extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to his classes. Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
