Step into a vibrant global restaurant and learn how to make gnocchi the traditional way in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Aaron.

You’ll mix potato, flour, eggs and salt to create classic gnocchi dough, then knead and shape each piece by hand until perfectly formed. As your pasta cooks, build a savory ragú with carrots, celery and onion, fresh tomatoes, beef and pork. A splash of wine adds depth and complexity to the sauce. Toss your pillowy gnocchi into the ragú and enjoy a warm, satisfying dish that tastes even better because you made it yourself.

We had the most fantastic time at the pasta quartet. The pasta varieties were perfect. This experience exceeded our expectations! Family of 4 for the pasta class was great! The entire family enjoyed the experience Chef Aaron was absolutely perfect the entire time. The finishing touches he executed on the pasta made in the class was outstanding! Will definitely be back!!
