What You’ll Do

Turn pasta night into a proper night out in this fun cooking class.

If you’ve ever wanted to make fresh pasta, this class is for you. In this fun, hands-on experience, Chef Tony guides you through making fettuccine completely from scratch inside a modern brewery. You’ll mix, knead and roll your own pasta dough, then cut it into long ribbons that cook up perfectly tender.

Along the way, you’ll pick up practical pasta tips, from working the dough to knowing when it’s done. Once your fettuccine is ready, you’ll finish it with a simple but flavorful garlic butter sauce made with olive oil, Parmesan and fresh herbs. Between rolling dough, sipping a drink and enjoying your handmade meal, this class feels more like a great night out than a cooking lesson, perfect for date night or anyone who loves learning something new.
