What You’ll Do

Make fresh fettuccine from scratch, sip a drink and enjoy this fun class at a modern brewery.

Skip the recipe scrolling and come make pasta the fun way. In this relaxed, hands-on cooking class, Chef Tony walks you through fresh fettuccine from start to finish inside a modern brewery where the energy is social and the drinks are flowing. You’ll mix simple ingredients into a pasta dough, knead it by hand and roll it out before cutting your own ribbons of fettuccine.

As the pasta cooks, you’ll learn practical tips that actually stick, including how to get the right texture and why fresh pasta hits differently than anything from a box. To finish, you’ll toss your handmade noodles in a cozy garlic butter sauce with olive oil, Parmesan and fresh herbs that lets all your hard work shine. Set in a laid-back brewery setting, this class is perfect for date night, catching up with friends or anyone who wants to learn a new skill while enjoying a drink and a seriously satisfying meal.

Beverages are available for purchase to enhance your experience. Guests must be 21+ to attend.

want to say thank you again to Chef Tony. He catered a private event for my wife’s 40th Bday. The food was amazing, the setup was professional and he was very nice and accommodating . I will definitely use his business again. Thank you again, Chef!
