We recently had the pleasure of hosting a private dinner prepared by Chef Alessandra for a small group of friends, and the entire evening exceeded every expectation. The five-course meal—featuring dishes inspired by the regions of Tuscany and Sicily—was a true culinary journey. From two exquisite antipasto courses, fresh baked focaccia, to a handmade fresh pasta dish, perfectly prepared prawns, and a stunning dessert finale, every plate reflected creativity, technical skill, and a deep respect for authentic Italian cuisine. Alessandra sources organic, hyper-local, biodynamic ingredients, and it truly shows in the exceptional freshness and flavor of her food. Each dish was beautifully presented, with layers of taste and texture that demonstrated both sophistication and balance. Equally impressive was Alessandra’s engaging presence. She introduced each course with enthusiasm, sharing details of the ingredients, methods, and Italian traditions behind the dishes. Her working knowledge of Italian, gained from her studies in Florence and cheffing time in Tuscany, added an extra dimension of authenticity and charm—as did her warm, fun-loving personality. By the end of the evening, our guests were absolutely delighted—not only by the incredible food but by Alessandra’s infectious energy and professionalism. As a final touch, she left our kitchen spotless, as though no elaborate meal had been prepared there at all. Chef Alessandra is a rare combination of talent, passion, and grace. We cannot recommend her highly enough and look forward to our next opportunity to enjoy her outstanding cuisine.

I recently participated in a dinner party prepared by Chef Alessandra, and WOW, did it exceed every expectation I had walking in. We had a group of 8 hosted by a friend in their lovely home. We started the evening around the spacious kitchen island with cocktails curated for the evenings Italian theme. Chef Alessandra gathered us around to share what our evening would entail. Her energy and smile is infectious. She is genuinely enthusiastic for the cuisine, it's organic wholesomeness, and the small farm to table tastes we were about to experience. I was blown away by the simplicity and amazing flavor of her whole grain focaccia bread to start the evening. She even had us do a hands-on pasta making session to get into the spirit of it all. What followed was four amazing courses with native Italian wine pairings. She introduced each course sprinkled with insights on her inspirations, cooking styles, and love of farm to table freshness. Chef Alessandra is a breath of fresh air and her creations are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this "experience" with close friends or family, and get ready for an unforgettable evening!
