What You’ll Do

Learn sushi rice and knife skills, then build a custom sushi roll with bold fillings.

Level up your sushi game in this hands-on cooking class focused on technique, flavor and creativity. Chef Princess will walk you through the key foundations of sushi-making, starting with perfectly sticky sushi rice and the knife skills needed for clean, even cuts.

Then it’s time to get rolling. You’ll choose your ingredients and assemble your own custom sushi roll, learning how to roll tightly, slice neatly and finish with simple garnishes that make everything look polished. Leave class with skills you’ll want to use again and again.

Chef Princess was amazing! We did a sushi making class and had a blast. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and brought such great energy. Would definitely go back to another class!
