Turn date night into an interactive Italian cooking experience you can share.

Make it a fun night out with this interactive cooking class in Westlake (Cleveland) built for couples who love Italian flavors. Led by Chef Matthew or a resident chef, you’ll prepare strip steak with Chianti pan sauce, crispy gnocchi, arugula salad with lemon-Parmesan dressing and strawberry thyme sorbetto. You’ll work as a team to balance bold flavors, nail the timing and plate a restaurant-style meal in this cooking class in Westlake (Cleveland). Book your cooking class today.

Chef Nadia and her team are quite an asset to your business!! If there was something Nadia wasn't sure about, she took the time to read the recipe to find the right way to do it. And her team was always ready with utensils and clean dishes to use and to clear the dishes used dishes out of the way... like a fine tuned engine. The food was Delicious!! Two thumbs up!

We cooked Chicken and Chorizo Paella with Chef Tanya. She was great! Personable and very helpful with tips and tricks we can take home throughout the experience. Very professional and well done. Since we aren't able to take the food home, it'd be nice if we cut the recipes in half or something so we don't waste the food.

Matthew was great. It made the experience a lot of fun. We cooked Italian steak and a few sides. Looking forward to trying the recipe at home. They should have had an assortment of non alcoholic beverages available with the dinner instead of just tap water. Make sure you bring your own beverages or wine.

Chef Josh was amazing! He was informative, efficient, and helpful to our class of 8. We all got to have hands-on experience preparing our meal as a team of 4. The food was so delicious, and we can't wait to receive the recipes so we can try and make it at home. The whole experience was excellent! We would definitely try this experience with Cozymeal again!

What a great class. From the beginning with regard to explaining the different variations that we were going to make. Guiding us in the preparing of the ingredients and working with us in the cooking of the ingredients and how it all comes together . The end result the best getting to eat what we made. Delicious. Our experience was that the class was cancelled and I wasn't notified!!! I was so disappointed as this was a Christmas gift for my daughters, one of whom was here from Florida. We drove 40 minutes to get to the class only to find out it was cancelled a couple of weeks ago and I had no idea. Interesting that I received emails to confirm our attendance about a week ago. And now to ask about our experience in another email. Obvious that you didn't know it was cancelled either. There is something wrong with your processes when it comes to cancellations that needs to be corrected. Had I known it was going to be cancelled, I could have arranged something else for my girls and the day would not be wasted and disappointing.
